Crew Lead — Lawn Care & Landscape

Full-time · St Cloud, FL & Central Florida · Pay based on experience

We're looking for an experienced Crew Lead to run one of our lawn care and landscaping crews. You'll lead the day in the field — keeping the route on schedule, the quality high, and the crew safe — while being the face of ProV at every property we service.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and motivate a small crew through the daily route
  • Perform and oversee mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, cleanups, mulch installation, and general landscape maintenance
  • Make sure every job meets our quality standard before leaving the property
  • Operate and care for mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other equipment, and report maintenance needs
  • Drive the crew truck and trailer safely between jobs
  • Keep safety practices in place on every job site
  • Communicate with the office about schedules, job notes, and client requests
  • Train new crew members on our standards and procedures

What We're Looking For

  • Hands-on lawn care and landscaping experience (2+ years preferred)
  • Experience leading a crew, or ready to step up into leadership
  • Valid driver's license and comfort towing a trailer
  • Able to work outdoors in the Florida heat and lift 50 lbs regularly
  • Reliable, punctual, and quality-focused
  • Clear communication with teammates and clients

Nice to Have

  • Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Portuguese
  • Experience with irrigation, fertilization, or weed control
  • Basic small-engine maintenance skills
