Lawn Care in Southeast Orlando

ProV Lawn Care & Landscape is a residential lawn-mowing crew for the southeast side of Orlando, Florida — the Orange County neighborhoods on and around the Conway Chain of Lakes. We are honest about our footprint: we do not blanket the whole city. We serve Southeast Orlando specifically, from the established lakeside streets of Conway and Belle Isle to Azalea Park, Vista East, Boggy Creek, Taft, Sky Lake, and out along the Lake Nona corridor (zip codes 32822, 32809, 32812, and 32807). That focus is the whole point. A lot of the big landscapers working Orlando are commercial-only, which leaves homeowners here underserved — so we built a crew that actually shows up for residential yards, with the same faces every visit and pricing you can read before you call.

Most lawns in this part of Orlando are St. Augustine — Floratam and Palmetto are the common varieties — growing on the sandy Central Florida soil that drains fast and holds very little nutrition. Around Conway and Belle Isle you will find mature, well-established St. Augustine that has been in the ground for decades, and it rewards the right care. We mow St. Augustine tall, at three and a half to four inches, to shade the soil and crowd out weeds, and we keep our blades sharp so the grass is cut clean instead of torn — torn blades are an open door for the brown patch and large patch fungus that show up here from late fall into spring.

Watering in Southeast Orlando follows the Orange County schedule — two days a week from March through October and one day a week from November through March — and we set our service cadence around it, not against it. Our summers are hot, wet, and subtropical, with a storm most afternoons and grass that can put on two to three inches a week, so we tighten up the mowing rhythm when everything is growing and ease off as things slow down for our mild winters. We also keep an eye out for the seasonal pests that hit Central Florida lawns: chinch bugs in the sunny, stressed spots from late May through September, and fall armyworms that can move through a yard fast between July and October.
