Welcome to ProV Lawn Care & Landscape. By using our website or engaging our lawn care and landscaping services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.

Services Overview

ProV Lawn Care & Landscape provides professional lawn care and landscaping services in the Central Florida area, including but not limited to:

  • Weekly lawn mowing, edging, string trimming, and blow-off
  • Shrub trimming and pruning
  • Tree trimming and maintenance
  • Fertilization and weed control programs
  • Irrigation system installation, repair, and maintenance
  • Sod and mulch installation
  • Seasonal property cleanups

Service Estimates and Pricing

  • All estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
  • Pricing is based on the scope of work, property size, and service frequency agreed upon.
  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' written notice if the scope of work changes or due to market conditions.
  • Additional services not included in your regular service agreement will be quoted separately before work begins.

Scheduling and Access

  • Services are performed on a scheduled basis. We provide service windows rather than exact appointment times.
  • You are responsible for providing access to your property on scheduled service days, including unlocking gates and securing pets.
  • You do not need to be home for service to be performed. We will notify you when service is complete.
  • If we are unable to access your property, the service visit may be rescheduled or counted as a completed visit.

Weather and Service Delays

Florida weather can be unpredictable. In the event of rain, lightning, or other unsafe weather conditions, we may need to delay or reschedule your service. We will make every effort to complete your service within the same week. Extended weather delays will not result in additional charges.

Cancellation Policy

  • Pay-per-visit plans: No contract required. You may cancel at any time with 7 days' notice before your next scheduled service.
  • Subscription plans: You may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • If you need to skip a service visit, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been agreed upon.
  • We accept cash, credit card, check, and ACH bank transfers.
  • Late payments may result in service suspension until the account is brought current.
  • Returned checks or declined payments may be subject to a processing fee.

Property and Liability

  • We carry liability insurance for the protection of your property during our services.
  • We will exercise reasonable care to avoid damage to your property, including irrigation systems, landscaping features, and personal items.
  • Please notify us of any hidden hazards, underground utilities, or fragile items on your property before service begins.
  • Any damage caused by our team will be reported and resolved promptly at no cost to you.
  • We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, natural events, or items not disclosed prior to service.

Service Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with any service performed, please contact us within 48 hours and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge.

  • All content on provlawncare.com, including text, images, and logos, is the property of ProV Lawn Care & Landscape and is protected by copyright law.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
  • We strive to keep website information accurate but do not guarantee that all information is current at all times.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, ProV Lawn Care & Landscape shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
